The consultation period for the draft Guernsey Image Rights legislation ended on 7th March 2012. We have provided comments and commentary back to the IP registry and to the drafting committee. We anticipate that the final version of the legislation will go before the States of Guernsey in the next 2 months and the new Guernsey Image Rights will be available by the end of the 2nd quarter of 2012.
